In close collaboration with Sherman Phoenix, our project focused on crafting an impactful sales and branding strategy plan aligned with the mission of revitalizing an abandoned property into a hub of premium commercial spaces for small enterprises, fostering entrepreneurship, and nurturing community prosperity. Our engagement encompassed a multifaceted approach, beginning with the development of a robust brand identity that resonates with the project's core values. This was followed by a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy designed to maximize impact. Additionally, we undertook the creation of branded collaterals, aimed at fortifying the visual presence. By effecting positive change within the community and harnessing the potential for social and cultural enrichment, our collective endeavor was geared towards shaping a brighter future for Sherman Phoenix.
